Roles and responsibilities of this job

Banking Training Institute - BTI is looking for a motivated Training Co-Ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing training programs to ensure our staff and clients are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our clients and staff.
Plan and coordinate training activities, such as scheduling, resources and materials, to ensure training is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training requirements are met.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure objectives are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers.
Manage the budget for training activities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience as a Training Co-Ordinator or similar role.
Knowledge of training methods and techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration or related field.
