Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trainer - Bartender / Barista / Waiter to deliver high-quality training in both beverage service and coffee preparation. The ideal candidate will combine industry expertise with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring future hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct practical and theoretical training in Waiter, Bar, and Barista operations
Train candidates in professional Food & Beverage service
Teach table setting, order taking, serving techniques, and customer service
Provide practical training in bar operations and beverage preparation
Train candidates in coffee preparation and basic barista skills
Teach Hospitality English and professional communication
Conduct mock interviews and workplace-readiness training
Maintain professional training standards, discipline, and a positive learning environment

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hospitality experience
Strong practical knowledge of Waiter, Bar & Barista operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to train, motivate, and mentor students
Previous training/teaching experience will be an advantage
International hospitality experience is highly preferred
