Traineeship Purpose: 

The purpose of this one year (Oct-Sept) Traineeship Programme is to give the opportunity to explore and increase the potential of trainees by enhancing and developing their capacity in community-based integrated programmes, organisational management and leadership development within the working context of WVIN.

This traineeship programme is suitable for you if you have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in any field of study and if you :

During the traineeship period, allowance will be provided to the trainees to cover basic expenses.
