About the job

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage employee documents, prepare or collect memos and other internal documents,
Play role as a contact point for external recruitment agencies,
Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews and prepare applicant tracking document,
Maintain and update Human Resource Integration System (HRIS) as per requirement,
Prepare daily vouchers, support VAT filing and update Tally system as per requirement,
Prepare bank reconciliation on daily basis and assist in other accounting task.
