Trainee - HR Cum Accountant

About the job

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage employee documents, prepare or collect memos and other internal documents,
• Play role as a contact point for external recruitment agencies, 
• Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews and prepare applicant tracking document,
• Maintain and update Human Resource Integration System (HRIS) as per requirement, 
• Prepare daily vouchers, support VAT filing and update Tally system as per requirement, 
• Prepare bank reconciliation on daily basis and assist in other accounting task.

Skills: 

• Hands on experience of Tally and HRIS system, 
• Must have basic accounting knowledge,
• Have learning attitude,
• Have telephone etiquettes,
• Ability to provide information clearly and shortly,
