Roles and responsibilities of this job

Exploring and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive and rapidly changing industry
Manage the business in a sustainable manner that meets or exceeds agreed-upon financial and other business goals
Communicate a clear direction to your team by understanding the business’ strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
Ability to create the opportunities of Developing National and International Packages and suggesting interesting Travel Routes or places of interest and Selling Travel Products and Tour Packages
Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions
Ability to Involve in Supervision, Public Relations, Marketing, Profitability and Sales, Service, Reporting etc
liaising with hotels, coach companies, restaurants and other clients and making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements
Making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements and advising about facilities, such as sights, restaurants and shops at each destination

Promoting and Consulting with the stakeholders related to the tourist attractions with negotiating tourism business based on Tourism Development Strategies and Policies
Should be able to handle stress, self- motivated and flexible with good Communications and Presentation skills
High Capacity of Multitasking and working efficiency with problem solving with organizational benefiting Professionalism Team work with Several Good Speaking Languages
Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risk
High - Level Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Comfortable managing High – Budget Tours
Should be logistically polished with problem solving methods

Academic/ Technical Skills:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Travel and Tourism/ Hospitality Management
Candidate must have at least 3 working experiences on their major relevant posts and must be able to work without supervision
Ability to Promote the Regional sectors of the Domestic and International Visitor’s markets
Aligned with National Tourism Organizations, based on National and International Media, Travel Trade Tour Operators
Ability to Expertise in Designing Itineraries and Negotiate Costing Rates from the related Background of their Sources
