  • Receive tour related queries
  • Do costing using proper format 
  • communicate with reservation personal
  • coordinate with ticketing , transport, , tour operation 
  • Coordinate with suppliers, tour escort , guide etc.
  • Communicate with the clients during their stay
  • Make sure clients are happy from the services 
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Participating in sales team meetings
