Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Arrange and coordinate hotel, flight, and other travel-related bookings for clients
Assist the tour department with its needs
Manage and update social media platforms and the company website
Oversee digital marketing efforts to promote travel products.
Receive clients from the airport and provide necessary services
Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Handle various office tasks and activities

Other Specification

A Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Travel & Tourism Management)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledgeable about the travel industry & tourism products of Nepal
Proficient in computer skills with a keen interest in handling social media management, website maintenance & improvements, and digital marketing efforts
Experience in SEO (preferred)
Hardworking, adaptable, and willing to work flexible hours or travel as needed
Open-minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Positive attitude with an engaging & pleasant personality
