About the job

Role Description

The SAT and TOFEL Instructor role is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu. The instructor will be responsible for preparing students to achieve high scores in the SAT and TOFEL exams. The day-to-day tasks will include conducting review and preparatory sessions, creating assignments, grading, and conducting one-on-one consultations with students. The instructor will also need to communicate with parents and guardians to update them on the students' progress.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SAT and TOFEL exams and familiarity with exam structure and scoring methods
Previous experience teaching SAT and TOFEL to high school students and young adults
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Patience and dedication towards students' learning progress
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, or related field
Experience in the admissions and/or visa process for Australian universities is a plus
Bilingual proficiency in English and Nepali languages is a plus
Comfortable with conducting both in-person and online classes
