Job Description

Nature Express Travels is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our team. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, cancellations, and refunds, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Booking and Issuance: Handle airline ticket bookings using various reservation systems.
Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries related to travel schedules, ticket prices, and booking changes.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents are accurate and provided to clients in a timely manner.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to ticketing, such as flight delays or cancellations.
Payment Processing: Manage payment transactions for bookings and provide receipts and invoices to clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and refunds for reporting purposes.
