Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Issuing national and international tickets
Responsible for selling tickets to our passengers by phone, email, and in-person visits
Provide a high level of customer care at all times. Be able to communicate in English and Nepali at the business level. Explain routing, visa rules, transits, etc
Handle refund, re-issuance, and cancellation of air tickets
Escalate difficult cases to seniors and airline staffs
Calculate the best fares and optimal routes, and have persuasion skills

Salary: Negotiable ( As per ability, work experience and qualifications )

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have completed a Bachelor Degree in a related subject
Should have at least 2 years’ experience with any airlines or IATA approved reputed travel agency
Should have good knowledge of GDS booking system preferably Galileo
Should have excellent command In English and Nepali (speaking, reading, writing)
Should have knowledge in airline fare rules, BSP reconciliations, ticket cancellations & refunds
Should have good knowledge about budget airlines and group bookings
Should have Microsoft application skills (words, excel, PPT, internet)
Should have highly skilled in customer services
