Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Receive and count working cash at beginning of shift
Identify customers, validate and cash checks
Accept cash and cheques for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip
Process cheques withdrawals
Perform service for customers such as ordering new cheque books
Receive loan payments, mortgage payments
Initiate and open new accounts
Explain, advise on and promote organization products and services to customers
Provide significant help and support to senior to get the job done

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Should be proficient in English (oral and written)
Nepali Typing
Experience required in the field of cooperatives
Should have strong communication and time management skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Should have good computer skills
Tactfulness and an excellent ability to deal with people
