Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Should have a minimum of bachelor's degree with 3 years of core telemarketing experience in sales or services sector for Assistant level and 5 of core telemarketing experience in managing and working with call center processes involving ISP, BFI’s, Telecoms, Digital Wallets, and other large-scale organizations in customer care fields for officer level.
Should have a proven sales track over the telephone with adequate knowledge of lead management.
Should Posses know-how of system and software have used within the Contact Center and Sales Process
Responsibility for complying with and in the sales management as stated in the company sales policy.
Receiving and making telemarketing sales calls for banks services for upselling /cross-selling, whilst maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism when dealing with customers' calls.
Organize and manage self-targets and sales team targets on a daily basis, to ensure that they are fully aware of their daily work schedule and updated products and services.
To stay in touch with the customers for follow-up and ensure the skills of right salesmanship to close the deal.
