About the job

As a Technology Consultant specializing in startup advisory, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us leverage technology to fuel growth and achieve strategic objectives. You’ll bring your expertise in solution architecture, business analysis, and project management to the table, guiding us toward sustainable success in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute a technology strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
Develop a roadmap for technology adoption and innovation, identifying key milestones and initiatives to drive startup success.
Design and access technology infrastructure and system architecture, identifying opportunities to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance.
Design and implement a scalable solution that supports our growth trajectory while maintaining agility and cost-effectiveness.
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs challenges and objectives.
Conduct in-depth business analysis to translate requirements into actionable technology solutions, driving efficiency and competitiveness.
Lead cross-function project teams to deliver technology initiatives on time, and within scope.
Utilize agile methodologies and best practices to manage projects effectively, adapting to changing priorities and requirements as needed.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing expert guidance on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
Mentor and coach our internal technical talent, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous movement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a CTO or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and technologies, such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and databases (SQL, NoSQL), and emerging technologies like AI and IoT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
