Here are the qualification requirements for the position of Techno Commercial Manager at Sworgadwari Feed Industry Pvt Ltd:

Educational Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc) or a related field is essential.
Additional qualifications such as an MBA or postgraduate studies in business management are advantageous.

Experience:

A minimum of three years of experience in the poultry feed industry is preferred.
Fresher with a strong interest in the field and relevant coursework are also encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding poultry feed formulations, nutritional requirements, and health aspects.
Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive dynamics.
Communication Skills: Effective communication with farmers, dealers, and internal teams.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to guide the technical team and collaborate with other departments.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, industry events, and training sessions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing market conditions.
