Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reporting to Manager
Requires frequent field visits
One must maintain service records and field visit records
Install, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance for the assigned product (mostly Photocopy Machine and Printers)
Provide necessary training and orientation of the product to the users

NOTE:

Intermediates with some relevant experience shall be considered for Junior Level (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
Driving license for 2 wheeler is a must

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Other Specification

Willingness to travel throughout Nepal
Should have good problem solving skills
Should be able to take initiatives, challenge so as to update/upgrade himself with the current industry trends
Good communication skills
Fluency in English

Note : Preference will be given to the candidates with CTEVT course or have Engineering Degree and have professional work experience.
