Job Description

Install solar PV panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring according to project specifications and safety standards.
Ensure proper connection of PV systems to the electrical grid or off-grid systems.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve issues in PV systems, including electrical faults, inverter errors, and wiring issues.
Test installed systems for performance and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
Implement lockout/tag-out procedures during maintenance and repair work.
Maintain detailed records of system installations, inspections, repairs, and performance data.
Prepare reports on system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical guidance to customers and team members.
Calibrate and adjust systems for maximum efficiency.
