About the job

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent English reading and writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, holding engineering license is given 1st priority.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent English reading and writing skills, with a strong command of grammar and style.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information clearly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit technical documentation for mechanical engineers.
Collaborate with seniors and colleagues to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Organize and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.
Ensure all documentation meets company standards.
Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Excellent in written English.
Strong research skills to gather information from various sources.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies, tools, and industry practices.

Note: Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with strong knowledge and proficiency in English reading and writing will be given prior.
