About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive located in Kathmandu. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer and technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in IT support or related field is a plus
