Roles and responsibilities of this job

Troubleshoot bugs and Errors
Facilitate Training to Client about System
Works for the Client problems and advising on the solution
Logging and keeping records of client queries
Analyzing call logs, spot common trends and frequents problems
Updating self-help documents so client can try to fix problems themselves
Field visit if the problem is more serious and guide them with System
Remote access support to customer to guide them through software
Basic Database Knowledge in SQL
