Key Responsibilities

Handle client-reported technical issues, including website downtime, performance errors, and CMS-related problems, diagnosing and troubleshooting efficiently while escalating complex issues to the development team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person, managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, providing training on website management and digital tools, and maintaining professional client relations.
Support business development by engaging potential clients, presenting service offerings, and assisting in workshops, webinars, and events.
Manage company social media platforms, create content, schedule posts, and promote updates and industry insights.
Support on administrative tasks including data entry, document management, office coordination, vendor communication, billing records, and preparation of reports and presentations to ensure smooth daily operations and effective internal communication.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Education: Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Required Experience:

Proven experience in a technical support, receptionist, or administrative support role, preferably within a technology or IT services setting
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting web-based applications and handling client technical issues
Background in customer-facing technical roles with strong problem-resolution capabilities
Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of web technologies and common website issues (server downtime, DNS problems, hosting configurations)
Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and remote support tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
Basic knowledge of website analytics and social media management tools
