Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Troubleshooting technical issues
Act positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets
Resolve any data-related issues
Work alongside developers to resolve the issue identified in prod env.
Perform day-to-day operational work
Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work
Understand database, store procedure, functions, etc.
