Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required; make sure the team is fully trained and able to perform their jobs; must provide guidance for all members of the team when it comes to designing, implementing, and updating any customer’s system
Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a mentor to team members
Must ensure team follows the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases; make sure that all procedures are documented for reference and that all of the members of the Technical team are trained to handle any situation
Must also perform performance management tasks for the team. These duties include conducting employee reviews, handling employee complaints, and dividing the workload among members of the team
Make presentations on project and team status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management
