Job Description

  • Handle Customer Support by documenting, diagnosing and resolving issues
  • Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about services
  • Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to the customer when necessary
  • Analyze and evaluate support issues and patterns for escalation
