Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job nature: Applicants can apply for either at least two or multiple subjects. Provision for both part time and full time candidates.

Prepare termly, weekly and daily lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines provided
Foster and nurture student’s interests, abilities and skills
Develop and maintain conducive learning environment inside and outside the classrooms
Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the organisation
Perform other duties related to lesson learning as required by the organisation
Must possess excellent trait to deal with students and their parents.
Follow up with parents on a regular basis
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of kids and respond to them properly

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Should have completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant subject
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Pleasing personality and with a positive attitude
Strong communication skill in both English & Nepali language
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse team
Good work ethics
Must possess pleasing personality and zeal to deal primary school children
Able to perform assigned tasks effectively and in timely manner

Subjects :

Primary Teachers: Nepali/English/Social Studies/Maths/Science
Secondary Teachers: Social Studies/Nepali

For Primary Level Teacher, two time slots are available :

Part time: from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Part time: from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

For Secondary Level Teacher :

Part time: from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Job Location: Budhanilkantha, (1.5 km North from the Narayanthan Temple)
