Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparing and executing lessons, units and projects to complete learning objectives
Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students
Creating, assigning and grading various assessments for students, including tests, quizzes, essays and projects
Tracking and evaluating student academic progress
Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, coworkers and supervisors
Creating a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment

Salary: Negotiable, No bar for the deserving candidate

A track record of success in running an academic department within one or more good schools is highly desirable but, for the right candidate, not essential.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
International degree holder, IB trained and certified teachers are preferred
Bachelors/Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field for Secondary and Higher Secondary Level
Bachelors with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field for lower and Secondary Level
Formal training and apprenticeship will be an advantage
Excellent in English language (Written/Spoken)
Proficient in Computer and Internet with Microsoft Office Tools
Researching modern techniques in explaining concepts
