Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leaders, Hiring Managers and Recruiting Ops Lead

Conduct intake meetings with relevant stakeholders, understand business needs and create recruitment strategy

Manage the assigned roles at any given time, take complete ownership and accountability of the roles & be responsible for the closure

Drive efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition processes

Responsible for outbound and proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels

Effectively manage priorities of open requisitions

Develop and maintain relationship with HMs and Business Leaders

Support medium size projects which might be related to Talent Pool Creation

Screen and interview candidates and pass candidates to Talent Experience partners for next rounds

Collaborate with Talent Experience partners to ensure candidates move smoothly throughout the hiring process

Represent Fusemachines at all times to external candidates & at external events

Participate in projects, identify gaps and bring in process efficiencies

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate and finalize offer

Required skills/Competencies:

Excellent communication skills

Handle sensitive and confidential information

Results and solution oriented

Has a strong sense of urgency and is data-driven

Excellent project management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent proficiency with tools, systems and processes

2-3 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition
