What is a Connect Job?

Connect Job, with the motive to create talent, plays a pivotal role in empowering Nepali youth to thrive in the global market job place. It is operated in collaboration with Fourth Valley Concierge, a Tokyo-based company.

Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.As part of our global team, your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as social media and offline
• Pre-screening and selecting qualified candidates
• Arranging and following up on interviews to ensure attendances and 
• Preparing and Training candidates for final interviews
• Supporting and guiding candidates throughout the onboarding process
• Handling ad hoc tasks related to talent acquisition as required 
• Retaining our trainees until they migrate into Japan

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• 2-4 years of experience in Advisors roles such as Education or Recruitment sector or consultancy
• Strong English communication skills in verbal and written
• Emotional intelligence is a must
• Proactive, flexible, and eager to embrace new challenges
• Enthusiastic about working in a team-driven, global and diverse environment
• Previous experience as a Talent acquisition Consultant is a plus
• Report writing and presentation skill is preferred
• Project organization skill is preferred
