Javra Software Nepal is looking for an enthusiastic Systems Administrator / Senior Systems Administrator / SysDevOps Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role blends system administration with DevOps principles, focusing on automating, scaling, and optimizing our systems and CI/CD processes to support development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management, automation, and cloud environments, along with experience in DevOps tools and practices.

To ensure success as a Systems Administrator/ SysDevOps, you should possess extensive experience in system administration and the ability to optimize the performance of our IT infrastructure. An accomplished Systems Administrator/SysDevOps will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced system efficiency across company structures.

Responsibilities

• Managing, maintaining, and monitoring of systems and networks.
• Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Design and introduce software configuration management tools and practices.
• Release software into target environment; continuous improvement of release process including automation, tools and methods; post-deployment verifications.
• Integrate source control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless, automated workflows.
• Automate regular system and network administration tasks where possible.
• Proper recording and reporting to the immediate supervisor.
