Roles and responsibilities of this job

China First Highway Engineering Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Surveyor to join our growing team in China. As a leading company in the construction and real estate industry, we are looking for a talented individual who can help us successfully complete high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

Conduct surveys and measurements to determine the location and boundaries of construction sites.
Prepare accurate and detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
Maintain and calibrate survey equipment, including total stations and GPS devices.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure precise construction layouts.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites.
Analyze collected data and provide recommendations for project improvements.
Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
Provide support to the design team by providing accurate measurements and dimensions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Familiar with the operations of measuring instrument such as: level, total station, GPS etc.
Must be proficient in using CAD in the office.
Familiar with the review and calculation of drawings, and the technical layout of each process.
Have layout experience of bridge construction are preferred.
