Support Teacher

We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and motivated Support Teacher to provide academic, behavioral, and pastoral support to novice monks during evening hours. The successful candidate will help create a positive learning environment, support homework and study sessions, guide students in personal development, and assist with extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic support and guidance to novice monks after school hours.
• Assist students with homework, assignments, revision, and study skills development.
• Monitor and encourage students' academic progress and positive learning habits.
• Support junior novice monks in their daily routines and personal development.
• Guide students in managing conflicts and addressing behavioral challenges constructively.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive living and learning environment.
• Supervise evening study sessions and ensure productive use of study time.
• Encourage discipline, responsibility, and positive social behavior among students.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising extracurricular and recreational activities.
• Support the holistic development and well-being of novice monks through mentorship and pastoral care.
