Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Resolve service problems by clarifying the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing client information
Build suSstainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Maintain positive business and client relationships. Ensure proper client relationship management documentation is maintained
Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/team targets provided by the company
Update client records in the system, including notes about interactions
Visit clients as per the requirement

Current Location: Kathmandu

Should have both valid license and vehicle

Completed Bachelor’s degree in Management field, preferably BBA

Experience:

Candidates with some experience in the related field will be given priority. However, freshers with quick learning ability are strongly encouraged to apply

Skills:

Strong communication skills; Proficient in written and spoken English
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications. Good presentation skills
Knowledge of banking and accounting system is preferred
