Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are a growing mortgage service provider based in Australia and have settled home loans worth over $200 Million to Australian people. We are currently looking for one support member for our Nepal office located in the Samakhusi area.

Processing home loans for our clients in Australia by working, communicating, and liaising with our brokers, banks, lawyers & other related stakeholders.
Need to work efficiently under pressure and volume
Provide attention to details while performing tasks to ensure minimized errors
Take challenges and responsibilities when required
Providing our customers with the topmost level of customer service

Work hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (non-negotiable, 1 Hour of lunch break)

Office Location: Samakhusi, Kathmandu (Staffs must be able to commute to the office premises by themselves on time)

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Minimum 6 months working in an office (Voluntary Work & Internships can be considered)
