Roles and responsibilities of this job
We are seeking a customer-focused and problem-solving Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with software-related issues, providing product support and training, handling customer communications, and ensuring timely follow-up and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Listening to, understanding, and solving the issue of customers
Active participation in regular training sessions on new features and new software at Medipro premises or online
Planning and recording the support provided by you to the customers, support can be onsite or online
Installation and training of Medipro software
Distribution of invoices on time, follow-up, collect the payment, handover receipt, and VAT bill
Answering phone/email of the customers and the team members to solve problems
Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
