Job Description

The Study Abroad Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the study abroad application process, providing information on program options, and assisting with visa applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in international education or student services, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. They should also be able to work well under pressure and have a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Provide counseling and advice to international students on the process of studying abroad
Assist students in selecting the best universities and programs based on their academic and career goals
Prepare and review documents for visa applications
Develop and maintain relationships with universities and institutions abroad
Provide information regarding language requirements, cultural awareness, and other related topics
Research and evaluate scholarship and financial aid options
Track student progress and provide periodic updates
