A well-established and fast-growing Education Consultancy is seeking a high-performing Study Abroad Counselor to join its team. This role is suited for professionals who are not only knowledgeable but also results-driven and capable of managing end-to-end student journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert counseling on study destinations, universities, and program selection
Evaluate students’ academic profile, financial capacity, and career objectives
Manage the complete application lifecycle (documentation, SOP/LOR guidance, submissions)
Guide students through visa processes with a high success rate expectation
Actively follow up and convert leads into confirmed enrollments
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
Track and manage student pipelines using CRM tools
Represent the organization in education fairs, seminars, and outreach programs
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
