Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Address student queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Practice effective customer care procedures in personal interactions.
Assist in the daily maintenance of campus operations and services.
Process student documentation. Maintain accurate student information in the student management system.
Handle student class attendance records and course progress records.
Provide accurate and timely advice and administration of processes relating to processing of variations – withdrawal and refund, deferment, suspension, extension, cancellation for students in PRISMS.
Assist in preparing student events, such as Orientation days.
Maintain student records on PRISMS Issue COE documents in a timely and accurate manner in compliance Generate weekly visa refusal report in PRISMS and liaise with the appropriate RGIT staff, including admissions, sales, marketing, and accounts for further actioning Resolve students' queries and provide guidance according to the Institute's procedures.
Maintain confidentiality, composure, and professionalism consistently.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a field related to business administration (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in student administration.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft software and Google Drive suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and carry out tasks in liaison with colleagues.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with stakeholders.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Accountability for personal work performance.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in problem-solving.
