Job Description

Act as a first point of contact for existing students, answering enquiries and dealing with queries
Addresses students' concerns in coordination with different departments and upper management
Addresses academic issues in coordination with Program Heads and teachers on behalf of students
Supervises student service office staff for smooth operation of the wing
Manage and maintain student files, ensuring that all relevant statutory documentation is contained therein and that such files are kept in excellent order to meet the demands of internal and external inspection
Keep the College information Management System up-to-date at all times in conjunction with the Operation and Admission Manager
Coordinate Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) and External Curricular Activities (ECAs). (They are an important part of student life. These activities provide opportunities for students to participate in team-based activities, sports, discover new passions, develop social skills, play together and, most importantly, have fun!)
Perform periodic stock-take of stationery and other supplies for students in and outside classes, assuring there is always sufficient supply available
Answer the phone of students and parents in a professional and helpful manner and take messages as accurately as possible
