About the job

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, achieving enrollment targets for our MBA program, and contributing to the overall branding and promotion of the program. The candidate must have experience interacting with a young audience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students about the MBA program, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
Achieve targets for student admissions into the MBA program.
Conduct sessions and one-on-one counseling sessions to guide students
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain prospective students.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of the MBA program.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create compelling content and campaigns aimed at young audiences.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Other Specifications:

Master’s degree with 2 years of related experience.
Proven experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of an academic program.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Two-wheeler license holder is a must.
