Roles and responsibilities of this job

A Student Counsellor (SC) is responsible for identifying prospective student sources, developing strategies to reach prospective students, and screening, enrolling, and counseling students within the Academy's guidelines in order to meet enrollment goals. SC must always execute while keeping in mind that Incessant Rain Academy is an inclusive company.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify sources of prospective students
Develop strategies to reach prospective students
Screen, enroll and counsel students following the Academy's guidelines
Achieve enrollment goals
Feed systems to record information about student sourcing, screening, enrollment and counseling
Regularly report to the management and the leadership

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in a relevant program(s)
More than 1 year of experience in student counseling, admissions, placement and other relevant fields
Ability to make others feel at ease, engage them, and to be flexible and collaborative
Candidates should be open and available to work in the evenings and weekends, as needed, especially during the application season
Excellent time management and productivity skills
Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
