Ambassador Designs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to our retail operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and utilizing our software systems to enhance store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming merchandise.
Report stock shortages and contribute to inventory planning.
Operate the store’s software systems for sales tracking, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
Ensure data accuracy in the system and troubleshoot any software-related issues.
Provide training and support to new team members on software usage.

Benefits: Employees will receive a 1% incentive on each sale generated through their personal selling efforts.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Required Age:More than or equal to 22 years

Other Specification

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic math skills for stock calculations and cash handling.
