Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to manage our retail store. In this role, your duties will include overseeing employees and quality of services. You may also be required to evaluate the job performance of sales staff. To ensure success as a store manager, you should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency, and excellent communication skills. Store managers are natural leaders with excellent business management skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage a sales, marketing, and merchandising strategy to achieve profitability and market share objectives
Communicate with and motivate employees and customers, resolving issues and initiating corrective action
Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Maintain a clean and safe store environment
Keep open lines of communication with upper management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience in a supervisory role
Strong decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Great customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and go- through communication will be an added advantage.

Note:

Working Hours:(10 am to 8pm for male and 10am to 7:30pm for female)-including breaks
Days off:- Monthly four days off/plus others upon negotiation

Salary

Offered financial and non-financial compensation for this job

Offered Salary:NRs. 20,000 - 35,000 Monthly
