Mark International Kidney Centre, a center of excellence in renal care, is expanding and we want YOU on our team. We're currently seeking dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse & ICU Nurse to join our team. A dynamic, supportive work environment with opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and perform other nursing procedures as needed.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for patients.
Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Demonstrate empathy, compassionate care and professionalism towards patients and their families.
Act as a patient advocate and ensure that patients' rights and confidentiality are always maintained.
Assist in the orientation and supervision of new nursing staff and students.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Valid registration as PCL/BSc/BN in Nursing.
At least 1 year of experience working in the ICU or ICU trained preferred.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate patient care.

Note: Preference will be given to ICU trained candidates.
