Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Record Financial Transactions
Review monthly accounting procedures-bookkeeping, payroll, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for client's presentation.
Analyze past and present trends and prepare estimated annual revenue and expenditure for quarterly and annual income tax projections.
Prepare and review income tax returns for various business and personal.
Review Payroll information in payroll software and generate quarterly payroll return
Communicate regularly with supervisor and team members on work progress.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Master's in accounting, or Bachelor's in Accounting preferable with 1-2 years of experience
Should have sound knowledge of accounting
Experience in similar office set-up and responsibilities is highly desirable
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks ) is preferable
IT Literate and must be able to use MS Office Package with proficiency level in excel.
Great attitude and good communication skills
A team player with the ability to work as part of a team or on their own.
