Minimum 1 year experience in related field
Professional attitude and appearance
Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in similar category hotel
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Nepali
A proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise
Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize and work under pressure
Knowledge on IDS is preferred
Two wheeler license is must

Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office
Handling telephone call
Maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements
