Job Description

To administers, directs and monitors all hospital daily operational activities related to patients and client care and manages the total patient flow in the hospital
To manage patient's grievances by analysing the need of patient by regular monitoring of patient's feedback and satisfaction
To make sure the transportation systems for the hospital for carrying its staff and patients and death body are up-to-date
To make sure all the equipment, furniture, surroundings, sanitary, electric etc. is well functioning and need to coordinate for its timely maintenance
To closely monitor Hospital support services departments as Maintenance, Housekeeping, security, CSSD, Linen/Laundry and Canteen / food supply and IT, and make report of its Problems and Progress
