As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing DevOps solutions for multiple clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, architect scalable and efficient solutions, and ensure successful implementation. You will leverage your expertise in DevOps practices and cloud technologies to drive innovation, streamline processes, and optimize the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and infrastructure constraints.
• Design scalable and cost-effective DevOps solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Define architectural patterns, best practices, and standards for implementing DevOps processes and tools.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

DevOps Implementation:

Implement and configure DevOps tools and technologies to automate infrastructure provisioning, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.

Define and enforce coding standards, version control practices, and release management processes.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of the DevOps ecosystem.

Cloud Platform Expertise:

• Demonstrate expertise in at least two cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging platform services, containers, serverless computing, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Optimize cloud resources, monitor performance, and manage costs effectively.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.(Masters Prefered)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on architectural design and implementation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
