Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Recommend a product or service by collecting customer information and analyzing their product and service needs.
Handle and process online and telephonic orders.
Mobilize delivery staff in a wise, effective, and efficient manner.
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Know the company’s products and services and stay updated with the related issues.
Promptly identify and resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelors running / completed
Experience in a call center or the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Should be willing to work in evening shift
Should be willing to work in weekends and public holidays
