Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an energetic Sports Manager to oversee sports activities, promote student participation, and manage athletic programs that support holistic student development.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage sports programs, events, and tournaments
Encourage student participation in sports and extracurricular activities
Coordinate training sessions and maintain sports facilities and equipment
Collaborate with faculty and management to integrate sports into student development
Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to institutional guidelines during activities

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sports management or coaching (academic sector preferred)
Strong knowledge of sports operations and event management
Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
Certification in coaching/training is an added advantage
Good moral character and computer literacy
