Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Special Educator plays a caring and important role in the lives of students with special or different needs. With patience, understanding, and dedication, the Special Educator helps each child grow at their own pace.

The key responsibilities include:

Giving one-on-one and small group support based on each student’s unique learning style.
Working closely with classroom teachers to make sure every child feels included and valued.
Providing not just academic help, but also socio-emotional support to build confidence and independence.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to support continued development.
Engage with parents and guardians regularly to provide updates, support, and strategies for continued learning at home.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices in special.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with children with special needs in an educational setting.
