Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist for a Kathmandu based firm to play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing candidates to meet the staffing requirements of abroad clients. Working closely with these stakeholders, you will devise effective sourcing strategies to ensure our projects are staffed with top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and adept at navigating the competitive talent landscape while fostering lasting connections with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential candidates within the scaffolding industry.
• Devise and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract high-caliber talent.
• Collaborate with project leaders to comprehend staffing needs and criteria.
• Assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit through screening and interviews.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust network of industry professionals.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and oversee the offer process.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in a Sourcing Specialist capacity, preferably within the scaffolding sector.
• Demonstrated experience as a scaffolder, ideally at a supervisory level, with specialization in scaffolding.
• Strong aptitude for networking and relationship-building.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook for professional purposes.
• Sound grasp of executive recruitment methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
